the river runs
north and south,
feeling the drift
of the current begin,
letting go
of the trembling within

for now…

discovering
more on the banks,
eddies sharply tasked
with creating stability,
loose leaves raining down,
cascading,
for deliriums sake

a break…

not far away,
stowed, and a little
out of control
wanting to resign,
as the love
of my life
passes by

walking
along the shore,
greeting the love,
missed by a kiss,
forevermore, remiss

the light…

cascades
through the trees,
dancing, and
entrancing,
so majestically
touching
the being withdrawn
from within, so…

let us begin…
