The Seas Adoration

sitting on the shore of lore, I nestle
into the salt and stone

vibrating all alone

while listening
to the wind whistle strawberry tunes

as birds carry blueberry hues
in a sky…

the shadow and stone…

waves break against my eyes, reveler caught,
in-between the shadow and
stone

feeling

the breadth and depth of this universal context,
shown, stars hanging off yonder, while
we continue to plunder, is it
any
real
wonder

about the pain beneath our feet, radiating up, and
through these bodies and minds,
not an accident, rather
something far
greater,
given

in-kind

it is
a love dispensed
from the
depths
of

the seas…

please, then, let us rewind this love transposed,
though, oft bemoaned,
know, it is always
present, and
bestowed…

the love we’ve all been waiting for…

a broken land,
found in my dreams
distant, yet close to hand,
presence felt, matters not, as

everything stops…yet, the seas continue to

breathe in, and

hold my heart tight,
letting relations drop
when biting starts,
as a safe haven
draws stars upon

our collective scars, stored…as the wind
exhales deeply, and

infuses us, with
the love
we’ve all been waiting for…
