heart beating fast, faster, and then faster, slowing down not an option, nor is the feeling in my gut, protracted, and put back together again, without much in the way of a knowing, as our beautiful sun keeps glowing
without protection, breeze blows me one way, and then another, reelingโฆ
and, then, Iโm feeling,
light and heavy all at the same time, is this a paradox in healing, or is there something else here, and Iโm just not sensitive enough to know itโs presence within my heartโs beating?
breathing, a memory, a hint of something in store, stirs me from the floor, and all at once, I feel for
everyone, and everything weโve called our home since timeโs memory came into my very core
notice not coming, and, deep down, the shift in awareness creates contemplation once more
a sigh, a smile, and, the revelation creates continuity in being,
breathing the awareness in, I take all of life within, and seal this day with a silent prayer, and a heart filled to the brim
Head under water, necessitates another way of being, while the paradox of life keeps on playing.
Hard to breathe, lungs burning, heart aching, all the while, the mind keeps
straying.
Tears fall, while hope lingers along my fingers.
A subtle touch, and feeling returns to the essence of my being.
While drenched in my solitude, the connection remains among you.
Like the birth of a flower, time is now flourishing without heartache or sorrow.
And,
as time skips a beat, love finds me, cradles me with care, and in that moment, I know, Iโm not beyond repair.

Have you ever felt a ripple in time; or experienced time slow down enough, itโs as if this moment and the next are imbued with a singularity of all of our collective beingness?
Walking, pondering, and reflecting upon lifeโs mysteries, Iโm at once, called forth toward a challenge, and a promise, given to me when I was younger, and a whole lot bolder.
And, as time spills through my hands, I watch as it moves toward the earth, being called to the place of its birth.
And, in this moment, time becomes something altogether extraordinary, birds sing louder, the sky opens up, and there is a shower, of tears that pour down, drenching me to my very core.
And, as the tears fall from the sky, thereโs no need to wonder why I feel this deep connection to all of lifeโs manifestations.
Now,
as time slows down, more, and more, I smile bigger than ever before.
Sitting in this stillness, I breathe in and out, and witness the birth of a new moment, where time ripples outward, and throughout, every person, place, and thing, and I begin to believe.
Wonder about the path underfoot, gravely in spots, wet and muddy like another, and semi-solid in some others.
Ponder the present, all that I see, yes, beneath me, and also out in front in that lea. Tall grass swaying in the wind, brushing each other, like kith and kin, a dance of the neighborly ties that bring us together in every kind of weather.
Fascinated by all that I hear, off in the distance, and more close with such persistence. Overwhelming at times, just like a nursery rhyme read aloud to the young. All grown up now, lost in the brilliance of each moment together under the sun.
Astonished by all that I feel, a gentle breeze, cold and prickly on the skin, rustling goose bumps from their slumber, as I along lumber.
Amazed at all that I smell, that flower off yonder, and the fresh fragrance of the tiled blue mosaic, encapsulating the essence of herbs and spices, as I continue to wander.
Senses are interesting to figure, as they continue to flitter. All of the above bring joy to my being, filling me with a knowing of all thatโs bigger.
A moment and an eternity, all wrapped up in one precious instant, so when youโre next out and about, please donโt forget to consider.
