a broken land,
found in my dreams
distant, yet close to hand,
presence felt, matters not, as
everything stops…yet, the seas continue to
breathe in, and
hold my heart tight,
letting relations drop
when biting starts,
as a safe haven
draws stars upon
our collective scars, stored…as the wind
exhales deeply, and
infuses us, with
the love
we’ve all been waiting for…
the moon
speaks to me,
languages learned
through discorded earth
traveling from afar,
I quest into
the understanding shown,
close to heart, and
yet still from afar,
I’ve learnt…
…through
distances purged,
I indulge in the urge, and
request more at the moons behest,
as seeing, sees fit
to offer more,
closing the distances met
between me,
and the seas,
trees, and flowers
blooming abundantly…
realizing love
is at the center
of all things seen,
and felt in-between
the moons myriad phases,
and my truncated
belief
in this dream…for it is
in the unseen,
where life lives in this moment,
as you and I hold hands,
wish upon a star,
say goodnight to the moon,
and swoon, as delight
lights
up our hearts,
and makes space
for the love
we feel
on this
night
in full bloom…

I climb
from the sea, a
journey from underneath,
scraping, and crawling
toward my destiny,
I mind
the feelings
from the deep, as
they speak of love,
light, and the twisted return
of all that burns
me
from
beneath…as
spinning becomes relatable,
just like the tree tops
swaying in the winds dismay,
as they play together
in the midst
of all that’s lovingly displayed
for you and me,
on this most gorgeous day…
I walk
on the sands of time
feeling bereft, and
out of line
with natures
progression,
I, stop, and digest
my vision quest
and, call forth
the winds, a true test…
of our ability
to align
with life’s requests
one step in front
of the other, feeling
the granules beneath, feet
on solid footing,
even when I’m unsure
of the current efforting…as
realization dawns, and
the withdrawn, now gone,
is transformed into something more
than I’ve ever done…
seeing brokenness
within, without,
and everywhere about, I shout
at the sky…everywhere, I fly…
emotions high,
and the depths, deep, and dry
as spinning begins,
and the trees look at me
with a silent grin, speaking
of something I’ve missed, I stop…
digress…pause, and breathe life in…
slowing down now, I see
the moonlight cascade
off the tree, and, just then,
something else stirs from within
full of tears, and ready
to begin…this pool
of light glistens
off a reservoir,
felt, yet never been called
to sit in…while
the
moment
stretches out
to the east,
and west again…and
head meets heart
for the first time,
they bond together just fine…as
love blossoms,
they align,
and
time melts into the sublime…
broken wings,
soft and evergreen,
mended,
with the everlastingness
of the sun’s rays,
dancing yellow, and green, they seem
to heal
from
upside down,
as the pain is turned
inside out, and cleaned throughout…
cascading light,
wishing upon a star
from afar, yet
closer, than realization dawns
as the candle drops,
and, hints…by
speaking in
a language of love
forever kissed, I must admit
your scent lingers
in the air,
fair, as memories
become closer to me
than the breath of you near, and
in this instance,
brokenness becomes
something
altogether witnessed
as love
shines forth, and
we become more,
than you and I
have ever experienced…

the rising tide
glides
as I surmise
the nature
of the
feelings serpentine…
coiled
throughout
my entire being,
just as I’m feeling
the breeze
overwhelm me,
one wave at a time…
I consider
love…and,
the feelings
that arise,
just like
the sun
rising
over a benevolent sky…
fight, fight,
fight, as the feelings
keep coming up,
a tirade that just won’t stop…
bleeding
from within,
associated
with a long ago, lost grin…
sans
the yellow petals
falling from the sky,
one at a time
making me
second guess, the minds
association
with the feelings
bubbling up, I stop
breathe in the aroma,
natures pandora, scent
from above, below my feet,
feeling beneath,
taking it all in
I almost feel free…
close the eyes,
concentrate
on the arising tide,
detach from them,
one at a time
I remind
myself
of the love
all around,
as I bound, up, and over
all the feelings,
plaguing my dreaming…
lightness of being
is now
what I’m feeling, as
the mind clears
itself of these fantasies,
and I hold
a yellow petal close to me,
and give thanks
for now, I’m truly seeing…
