Moonโs Dust
drips drop from the top of a stopwatch
as the minutes until we meet cascade over my heart
watching the fear depart
say youโll love me until the last act of the artโฆ
I would be honored if youwould go here and read the rest of my poem. Thank you!

alight and aflame
displays are on the screen and behind them are clouds seen
as mysteries continue to pour into me
of a love lingering in the rain specks of dust are always the same
tiny fragments of being, they came
to me at last while I let my heart open to the possibilities
of you, my love dancing into the night, alight and aflame
a dream, mind conjures, as intuition blossoms, and reflects upon conditioned aspects of time borrowedโฆ
harsh
as they seem we grew through the pain and agonyโฆ
trials and tribulations abound, as we recount each moment, and, at times, drown
in the feelings swallowing us whole, like a magical black holeโฆ.
spinning vortex, light withdrawn, senses expand, reaching out for a hand
to hold onto at lastโฆ
breathing in lifeโs energy, we wrestle with time, and the nature of the agonies written upon the sands of our collective destiniesโฆas
light shows back up, speaking in the language of love lost, pain healed, and compassion given out, to all those that shout, curse at the skies, and wonder whyโฆ
as deep inside, we recognize our face in the collection of pictures we see in the mirror
of our humanity, as we (re)adjust within and get ready to again beginโฆ
